Laundry taps for washer leaking and won’t turn off

There are some defects in the wood slats on the wall. They need to be sanded down to remove the existing wood stain, and then re-oiled. Dimensions : 240cm x 400cm

Replace two mixer taps and connect an inline under the sink filter (connect hoses and mount to wall).

I got a Yamaha DSP-A2070 Amplifier with a few issues I would like to get the input selector and rear speaker working as a minimum. - Unit powers on, screen powers on but no text. - Rear right speaker has no output, but could just be input knob. - Motorized Input selection knob has trouble knowing where it is and will turn back and forth, was stronger but now noticeably weaker. - Speakers will cut out unless input selector knob is perfectly placed and very temperamental, even touching the knob will effect the sound. - if audio is coming in from one input but the input selection is set to a different input, sound from the other input can be heard but very quietly

Fix gaps on laminate flooring

1x Door knob needs tightening and 3 patch ups on ceiling from light fixtures and 4 or 5 picture holes on wall need patch up. ALSO 1x replacing kitchen exhaust fan

I need my decking steps to be replaced or repaired.

Paint upstairs ceilings 3x bed 1 x small bathroom 1x small common area Plus 1 of the 3 rooms need walls painted also. Would like job done within the next 3 weeks. Need neat work done as I am unable to remove all furniture it will need to be covered for painting. As this is the upstairs of the house.

Speakers seem to be muffly- it sounds like water has gone inside the speakers but water hasn’t. Maybe just wiring. It’s for a vw golf GTI

Replace 3x pendant lampshades for new ones.

Need an experienced plumber to: 1. Replace Dorf Kemi cold water quarter turn basin tap (have spare taps and components). Note that plastic screw between lever handle and spindle I have tried but unable to turn, may need to be cut off. 2. 2x leaking garden taps. Have a spares to be used for replacement, one is on very tight (glue may have been used by the previous plumber). 3. Have 2 showers with standard taps that need to be turned very tight to turn water off. Suspect that the 4x tap washers need replacing.

Remove 11 tree stumps. The majority are small, with a width of less than 200 mm. One large olive tree stump is approximately 500 mm wide. Please check the photos for exact measurements. Limited side door access Would have to wheel machinery through the house (double doors front and back)

**REPOSTED as my SPECS CHANGED** I need 3 x bougainvillea stumps ground out please. Two are approx 30cm in diameter. One is approximately 20cm in diameter. Its a fairly narrow space. 60cm between the fence and the limestone block (see pics ) However we can remove fence by cutting it away. There is some old bitumen surrounding the stumps that will easily come away - crumbles. Retic is approx 54cm from the fence. I have tried to attach photos. They won't upload.
