I have two short cement steps under a sliding door that need to be smoothed and levelled out. They were previously tiled and now have a rough cement finish that I’d like to make even and ready for future sealing or painting. Dimensions: • Step 1: approx. 5.5 m long × 12 cm high • Step 2: approx. 2.7 m long × 12 cm high What’s required: • Lightly sand, patch, or skim-coat both steps with a fine render or levelling compound (e.g. Dunlop Fine Coat, Ardex Feather Finish, or equivalent) • Ensure smooth, even surface and clean edges along the flooring and door frame • No painting or sealing needed — just a clean, neat finish This price is for labour only. Looking for a plumber who can install/connect an existing laundry tub (would require cutting base of tub to allow pipe to fit) pictured, replacing the old laundry taps and spout with the ones pictured, and uninstalling/removal of the bathroom vanity (don’t need to take it away). Please see photos.

I unattached my washing machine today and the 2 taps have been leaking since. 1 in particular is quite a lot. Looking to fix asap instead of waiting for real estate next week to get to it. I imagine they need new washers, and that it won’t take long to fix for someone who knows what they’re doing. Thank you :)

I have a small office that needs some paint touch ups on the wall - paint supplied. There is also some glue recently applied to fix up some tables and it's left some residue (attached) that they would like tidied up or covered. I also have large boardroom desks in a Hot Desk office that are apparently a little wobbly so would like their sturdiness checked and addressed.

I need to install taps in my laundry room so the tap can accomodate garden hose and normal usage. I have included a screen shot (Shaw & Mason Chrome Bath Spout With Diverter) which i think may be suitable for my case but i am not sure, so please advise if this is right?
