Just general touch-ups on paint. Majority of it is black. It would be good if we can have someone that can look at the paint, match it and touch up the area. We no longer have the paint available and we don't know what we used.

Remove some landscaping rocks and bricks that have been loosely set in sand/cement. Grind 3x small tree stumps down to just below soil level.

There are gaps in the architrave that need to be filled. Also, the flyscreen mesh needs to be replaced as it has holes in it.

Need to fix leaky tap and also want to replace the tap set to something more modern. Happy to purchase the suitable tap set or reimburse it
