Hi, after a recent repair, the laundry taps are all messed up. The hot water tap wouldn't stop the water, it keeps on running. I have to stop the main one for all hot water to stop. The cold one as well also has some leaks. I would appreciate some urgent help to fix the taps today.

I’ve got a bunch of places where we drilled holes for anchors and now moving overseas so need to close em up and paint. Have tried to paint match at Bunnings with no luck. Hoping someone with professional experience can sort it out. You can see some difference in sheen, and the colours obviously off. No paint supplied, but will be covered.

I need to replace two clear light panels/strips above an extensiin, that were recently damaged by hail. Supply and install. Each strip is 3.5 metres long and 160mm wide. The strip's are under a renovation and are not be accessible from underneath, only from roof side.

A recent water efficiency test found the following taps above the 9L/min requirement: 1st floor ensuite mixer tap – 12 L/min 1st floor bathroom mixer tap – 12 L/min Ground floor WC mixer tap – 15 L/min Ground floor ensuite mixer tap – 14 L/min All showers and the kitchen tap already comply, so only these 4 taps need aerators installed and re-tested. Job includes: Supply/install aerators or flow restrictors Ensure taps are ≤9 L/min Provide a water efficiency report / certificate Location: East Hills NSW Should be a quick job. Please confirm you can issue the water efficiency certificate. Can provide previous test report proving only these 4 taps are not compliant.

Shower leaking water in main bathroom and taps loose. feels like it just need new washers but may need to be replaced.. Some washer/tap issues on the vanity in both the main bathroom and the ensuite

Need a licensed electrician to supply and install a smoke alarm (prefer brand clipsal). The current one which needs to be replaced is a hard wired with 9v backup battery smoke alarm.

We have had new taps installed in the shower & since then, the shower head keeps dripping (lots) unless we turn the taps really, really tightly.
