Celings small patch of gypsum board is broken need to fix it

1. Hang a set of brass decor 2. Close gap between the door and the floor x 4 3. Tighten door locks 4. Tighten outdoor cameras screws ( already drilled but have gone loose) 5. Close gap under the garage door.

Need - loose bath room taps fixed - Improved bathroom sink drainage also - toilet check

installing some clips to join the back side of the car. It may suits someone who can repair car body.

These old steps need to be fixed. I don’t want to remove the stone but work around it somehow. I’m after a simple solution.

A section of plasterboard has sagged/collapsed. Remove and replace damaged plasterboard or reuse if possible. Tape, set, sand, and paint to match the existing matte white ceiling finish. Reinforce the area (joists or fixing points) to safely support the existing curtain track and heavy curtains – suggestions welcome. Care needed around recessed lighting, air vent, and window/curtains. All materials (plasterboard, compound, tape, paint match, any reinforcement timber/screws) to be supplied by the tasker. Clean up required – vacuum dust, protect floors/furniture.

Plasterboard ceiling has collapsed. Remove the plasterboard, screw a length or two of timber to ceiling joists of any remaining area and dispose of it at the tip. Someone comfortable on a roof to have a quick check over on top too (pretty sure it’s just adhesive related though) Electrical is capped off and safe already.
