Need an electrical safety check on a property before tenants can move in. One of the shower taps in the ensuite bathroom is not sealing properly. The spindle is either too far into the wall or too far out (see attached photo). The other shower in the outside bathroom is also now an issue. The hot water spindle is turning but the water isn’t coming on.
