Small lamp. Intermittently turning off. Jiggle switch and turns back on. No visible cord issues

I am rearranging my laundry and need a plumber to lower two existing taps to below counter height. They will sit behind new cabinetry. I will hook up the washing machine and mixer faucet at a later date. There is currently a brick pillar and a laundry trough which I will remove before the taps get lowered. I’ve included a mockup of what I plan the laundry to look like once I install the cabinets etc.

Removal and disposal of 3 palm stumps

Paint chips on door frame, need to be same colour. Smaller then 5c piece.

One blind has completely collapsed out of its window frame. The other 6 blinds also need additional screws to strengthen their attachment to their frames.

My washing machine tab is leaking, needs fix

Two kentia palm stumps need to be dug out and removed. Easy access to front yard of house. Area must be left tidy for me to continue with construction of new garden afterwards. Palm stumps and reasonable amount of roots need to be disposed of. Include disposal in quote.

Shower taps are leaking. Need new washers. Need supply and install

I have a large heavy mirror in my garage that needs to be taken back upstairs and hung on the wall again. It would be a two person job for strong lifters. Picture is of mirror before it was taken downstairs and where it needs to go.

Washing machine not draining

Toilet tank keeps leaking water slowly into the toilet. Needs fixing.

The job involves cutting them from their roots. The plants have been dead for a while. They may need to dig the sandy soil around them. I'm thinking of using a chain saw to cut them up. Then need to dig them then placed them on the side of the front of the house. I'll send more photos tomorrow.

Need guidance on which tapsets will fit. Dont need shower head and not looking for expensive items just a freshen up to sell a property. 2x wall set taps; 1 bath spout; 1x vanity set (old style vanity sink).

Need help unpacking tiles and carrying them up stairs to bathroom site - 8 tiles, each 600mm x 600mm - it's a house but there are quite a few stairs. Even so, job should not be more than half an hour. Aiming for between 9 and 10am (job is time sensitive because of my limited availability)

We removed Lilly pilly bushes and just need someone to remove the stumps or hack them all the way down ( so we can poison and lay grass over)
