Find a local console repairer in Bassendean WA

I would like an experienced and qualified plumber to do some maintenance. I need to have the following work done: - service 2 flick mixers (replacement of cartridges). - remove 2 x pop-up plug and waste & replace with standard waste (with overflow). - remove 4 x small under sink taps & replace them. - replace 2 x sets of shower taps. - replace 1 x set of bath taps. I will supply the taps for shower & bath, including the 40mm wastes. I am hoping to pick up the order this week. Since I’m not sure what is needed for the flick mixer, I would like you to supply the cartridge and another washers. I also like you to supply the under sink taps as well. The bathroom flick mixers don’t have much pressure, so I would like them checked for any blockages.

Looking for someone experienced and properly equipped to remove 2 large established trees/shrubs from our backyard, plus 3 existing stumps from our front yard in Bassendean. Backyard: • Completely remove the 2 large trees/shrubs pictured • We want both completely removed, not just trimmed/pruned • Remove or grind down the stumps sufficiently so the area can be cleared and the trees don’t simply regrow Front yard: • Remove/grind out the 3 existing stumps pictured • Clear the weeds/regrowth immediately surrounding them as required to access/remove the stumps Please include in your offer: • All cutting/removal • Stump removal/grinding • Your own tools/equipment • Removal and disposal of all green waste/debris created from the job • Basic tidy-up afterwards Photos attached showing the size and access. Please let me know if you need any further photos or measurements before making an offer. Thanks!

**Price obviously negotiatable. Ensuite shower taps turn the wrong way. My father in law fixed our taps as water was dripping - problem was fixed but he somehow changed them and they turn the opposite way to turn them on. Turn them clockwise to turn shower on when taps usually turn anticlockwise.

Numerous short stumps (branch sized, rooted in ground) required to be removed, along fence line. They are stubborn. Have removed the hedge and the majority of stumps/branches have been ground with a stump grinder however the machine could not remove the stumps closest to the fence without damaging the fence. Will need to be completely dug out / ground out somehow as we are building over the area.
