We need a professional painter to come into our three bedroom single story house and touch up all of the blemishes and marks on the skirting boards. We also have some scratching on the back of doors wear our small dogs have been scratching over the years. Looking for someone with a keen eye to go around and touch up all blemishes like the kind shown in the photographs. We also require one position to be plastered and then painted. It's shown in the photo where the door handle has knocked the corner of the wall. Otherwise, no need to do any painting on the walls only the skirting boards and on the doors to make them look good again. We are based in Carnegie. Please supply all tools and touch up paint.

We are re-stumping a large hall - the flooring has been taken off and only bearers and joists remain so it's easy access and pretty easy digging using a crowbar and shovel. We need the old stumps removed (most of which are rotten and come away easily) and holes cleaned out for new stumps - it's few days work - but we'll start with 1 day's work to see how you go. Plenty of work following for a good worker.
