Lamp wiring for two lamps

I need a professional tiler to tile the front porch and path and back laundry landing and steps. I already have the tiles on site. This is a high end luxury home so work needs to be high quality and workmanship. I'm not sure what cost should be. I would suggest an inspection to quote.

The water keeps running in the toilet. We are turning it off at the tap on the wall.

When I plug it in, the 'on' button flashes red and makes a beeping noise

We are getting either hot water or cold water in our shower taps. For eg. When turning the cold tap, instead of progressively getting increasing water pressure, nothing happens and then at some stage, you get a strong stream of cold water. There is likely a problem with the pressure valve. This needs to be fixed in two showers.

Hi! I hate assembling flat-pack furniture but apparently some of you really like it? I just moved into a new apartment in Campsie and would love someone to come round and reassemble my IKEA Brusali Luroy double bed. You would need to bring all of the required tools. Hi there, I'm on the Little Nicholson Street Play Centre Committee. We have two taps that please need fixing in the bathroom. 1) The first tap won't stop running, so we had to turn if at the sink 2) The second tap won't doesn't seem to work i.e. no water

Install mud flaps on Suzuki Jimny. Holes need to be drilled into the rear bumper, and affix with screws. All parts / screws supplied.

Repair leaking tap, possibly replace with quarter turn tap. Need two taps replaced. Can repair anytime after 12pm Tuesday 14th or anytime before 2pm Wednesday 15th.

I have 5 tree stumps that are sticking out of the dirt that i need cut down another inch to be flush with ground level. The house is at the back of the property and via 15steps down a 1.2m narrow pathway of about 50metres. The tree stumps can simply be either chopped down further using an axe or cut down further using a small chainsaw. They are small young tree stumps no wider than 15cm diameter.
