Please advise on site if a door is too far gone and needs replacing (quote separately). 1 × cabinet door with water-damaged/swollen base — repair or replace panel. Several doors, frames and architraves with minor scratches/scuffs — fill and paint touch-up. Skirting board gaps/cracks in a few spots — caulk and paint. The audio port is damaged. You have to pull the earphone plug out halfway for it to work in both ears. And if possible to vacuum or blow out all the dust on all the ports, and some kind of protective waterproof dustproof cover for when I'm out lawnmowing.

Two taps and one shower is leaking

One of the safety switches in our switch box has jumped and I've unplugged everything in the house which I can find, it still wouldn't reset, I then switched off the main switch and reset that switch, it will stay up for a minute before it jumps back to off. I think I need someone to come take a look.

I have purchased a handrail kit and need it installed to assist my senior parent with the rear steps. Seeking a friendly handyman to install. The kit claims to have bolts for installation. Will need to arrange a date for when resident is home. Costs neg

Install 18 single clips in three locations, to hang 3 glass shelves inside a shop fitting archway. Clips are supplied The tallest shelf is 180cm off the ground, so only a step ladder is required. Each set of 6 clips per shelf must be exactly level. All clips are fixed to a plasterboard and MDF wall.
