I’m looking for a plumber to replace two under-sink mini stop taps and install a new kitchen mixer tap. Scope of work: - Supply and replace 2x 15mm under-sink mini stop taps. - Install 1x kitchen mixer tap — CUSTOMER SUPPLIED. A new Acumios kitchen mixer tap is already purchased and ready for installation. - Disconnect/reconnect the existing flexible hoses as required. - Test all connections and confirm there are no leaks. Important water shut-off information: This is a 1990s strata apartment complex. The complex shares a single external bulk water meter and does not have individual unit sub-meters. The water supply will therefore need to be briefly shut off at the main meter to carry out the work. The photos show the existing under-sink plumbing and the external bulk meter/shut-off arrangement. The kitchen mixer tap shown in the photos is the tap I will provide for installation. Budget: $200, including supply of the two replacement mini stop taps. Please let me know if you anticipate any additional parts or costs before proceeding. Preferred time: early afternoon on Monday 14th, Tuesday 15th, or Friday 18th September 2026.

My GHD curling tong has had the power cord chewed/damaged right where it connects to the base of the curler (see photo). If possible, I’m hoping to have the cord/swivel assembly professionally replaced if possible rather than replacing the whole curler. Located in Banksia Grove, WA. Two steps rotted and need replacing

I’m looking for someone to fully remove the remaining tree stumps/stems and roots from a garden bed beside our fence to prevent regrowth. The trees have already been cut down, but several stumps and roots are still in the ground. If possible, I’d also like all removed roots and green waste taken away and disposed of.

Looking for an experienced bricklayer / handyman to repair and rebuild an unstable section of brick steps on the side of the house. There are approximately 4–5 affected steps, around 1.3 m wide, on a fairly steep slope. Several tread/riser bricks and edge bricks have become loose and are starting to collapse. There has also been soil erosion underneath the steps, which appears to have contributed to the movement. The original source of the erosion/water issue has already been fixed. The job is to: - Carefully remove the loose/unstable bricks - Rebuild and stabilise the base underneath the affected section - Reuse the existing bricks where possible - Rebuild the affected steps in the same existing layout and position - Reset and mortar the bricks securely - Rebuild/stabilise the affected edge bricks as required - Match the existing mortar colour and joint style as closely as practical - Supply all required materials, including mortar/cement, sand and any suitable base/fill material required The existing bricks appear to be reusable. Access to the side of the house is straightforward. I am happy to handle general clean-up and disposal of broken mortar/debris after the work is completed. The main priority is to make the existing steps stable, solid and safe again, rather than redesigning them. I have two new hosepipes from XO (one grey and one pink both pictured) I am currently injured but I have managed to get the fixtures onto the grey one. I need someone to do the following: The pink needs to fixtures placing on the hose and the tap and needs to be connected to the tap. The grey needs connecting to the tap. They both come with hose holders which just slide over the tap. I DO NOT need the holders attached to the wall.

My friend has tried to secure a shelf to my wall but we can’t get the top 2 holes to hold. He has used wall expansion plugs and screws but the top 2 keep falling out. I’m sure it’s an easy fix for someone who knows what they are doing. Fix it get paid
