Hi there, I have just finished some renovations on my three-bed townhouse. I had the jobs finished ad hoc with trades as I went, so naturally there are a few odd fix-ups and finishing things that need to be tidied up. - replace missing trim and architrave in bathroom (was removed for tiling and some plastering in places) - sand and seal timber handrail, front door, and study desk - cover gaps between floorboards and walls on staircase- small skirt or no more gaps? - re-install doors and blinds removed for painting - replace missing skirt - flooring idea in cupboard that has no carpet? - possibly a few other odd things here and there that I have forgotten... happy to discuss when we meet on site.
