Find a local electronics repairer in Broadbeach

Two bathroom taps are loose but still working properly and need tightening. No replacement parts appear to be required. Property is located on Second Avenue, Broadbeach QLD. Looking for someone experienced with plumbing fixtures.

I have just moved into an apartment and the taps are broken so water keeps leaking all over my floor from the washing machine. I need someone to supply new taps and maybe pipe if needed. As we have had three leaks so far

Palm Tree Roots, stumps removed from 1st level balcony of Bel Air Towers. There are approximately 12 root balls that need to be removed, along with some dirt & assorted debris. You can lower or drop stumps over the edge on to your ute, trailer in the service entry directly below the balcony. You will supply all the related equipment you require to complete the task such as: A tarp to protect the balcony edge, reciprocating saw, shovels, crow bars, wheel barrow, buckets to lower soil via a rope etc. An exclusion zone will be need around the Ute location to guide pedestrians. I recently had skirting boards installed in my house and the tradie didn’t finish the job. So I need someone to finish it up. To finish …I need silicon applied between the skirting and the floors. I also need “no gaps” applied on the top of the skirting boards. When the skirting boards were dont the tradies taped them while they were drying …I have left the tape on. I have also included photos I don’t have silicon or no gaps but I’m happy to reimburse for product (or please suggest an all inclusive price) I live in a small 2 bed 1 bathroom apartment so this is not a big job at all. - Due date: Flexible on days but highly prefer a weekday before 3pm

Needing my PS4 repaired, after being on for only a couple of minutes it keeps saying it’s too hot and turns off. I’ve already taken it apart and cleaned it and cleaned all the vents around the outside and it’s still doing it. And I’ve bought one of the external fan bases too but still hasn’t helped. Any other ideas? Do I need to replace the internal fan?
