You can lower or drop stumps over the edge on to your ute, trailer in the service entry directly below the balcony. You will supply all the related equipment you require to complete the task such as: A tarp to protect the balcony edge, reciprocating saw, shovels, crow bars, wheel barrow, buckets to lower soil via a rope etc. An exclusion zone will be need around the Ute location to guide pedestrians.
