We need a handyman to fix: 1. Broken Hand Rail on Balcony (storms) - 1 x 1.2m piece of timber 2. Replace a Sleeper on front steps - 1 x 1.5m as one has rotted 3. Fix skirting of manhole so it can sit properly. Have skirting pieces just needs nailing back in See images of all 3 small jobs that need to be done.
