Ranging from removal of existing lights and replaced in situ with new lights supplied by the owner. Light switches and power points replaced and some refixed to walls. All switches and powerpoint upgrades will be provided by owner.

I would like a 2nd bathroom exhaust fan installed to help with ventilation issues. I would like this wired so that both fans will come on with same switch. I will then get fan plumbed through a roof cowl (trade already organised for this).
