Quantum, manufacture date June 2023. When the heater is turned ON, it makes noise similar to when the fan blades are stuck. The blades move but noise is constant.

There was a black out earlier this week and now my air con unit doesn’t work and is flashing red with an error code. E604 and A20/E101 have been some of the codes coming up. I’ve tried turning the air con unit outside off and on multiple times. Tried turning air con electrical switch on and off multiple times on power box but haven’t had any luck.
