My water heater is turning off and not heating. Sometimes when I reset the hot water system it works again, There is a solar timer on the switch board

I am looking for a professional sparky to check one infrared sauna in Cooran that won't heat. The control panel works and the RGB lights, but the heaters are not heating at all. Possible wiring/connection issue, loose or just not connected properly. Needed it checked and fixed as soon as possible.
