Water dripping constantly through the drain connected to the rooftop solar water heater of a townhouse. Only way to access the roof is via a ladder. There was a similar issue last year which was due to an issue with a valve.

Hi We need to replace the gas control valve as the electro magnet in old valve has failed . New thermocouple has been installed . The pilot turns on but doesn’t stay lit to heat the system . These valves are available in the market , we need licensed & qualified plumber to replace it with reasonable cost .
