Water heater: The pipes (in and out) connected to the water heater are expanding slightly, and the washer is coming out a bit. Water is leaking from that area. I have the manual and a little key thing that he left for me (pictured) but I can't for the life of me figure out how to adjust the temp, and the manual only says to get an electrician to do it. Just looking for someone who knows their way around a unit to bump it up for me! I work from home so during the day is best. Unit is easily accessible in a hall cupboard.
