The gas hot water system has stopped working, I can hear the machine starting up when turning any tap in the house to hot water, but gas doesn’t seem to be running through it. I have checked the switches and nothing visibly seems to be wrong. Need to get it fixed as soon as possible.

We have a Chromagen Midea hybrid heat pump hot water system and it has started regularly discharging water from the pressure & temperature relief (PTR) valve outlet pipe.
