I had some repairs done following flooding a few years ago under insurance following a leaking roof. The insurer and the body corporate did not fix the wiring in the downstairs laundry, downstairs toilet, downstairs ensuite and upstairs pendant light (all in the same location) which were damaged. When you turn these lights on it causes the power to short so it needs to be assessed and the lights potentially replaced. Body corporate needs three quotes. I have put an amount in but am flexible on it as the body corporate needs to pay. Need estimates for materials and labour.

The days work here is for my own home but I’m keen to find someone reliable I can turn to for client work in the future too. The days work advertised here is just a collection of random lights and GPO installs, most of which have been roughed in. And also come LED strip installations which have been roughed in.
