Electrician needed to repair the fuses/circuit and inspection to our lighting in garage (Fluro strip lighting).

Got new Electronic Door lock. Need it to be installed to replace existing lock. Existing is smaller than the new and the cut out will need to be made bigger. Please see pictures. Need someone with experience and the right tools. Preference to get in done asap.
