Licensed and insured electrician required to install a number of light fixtures in my apartment. In the hallway, I'm replacing LED down lights with 2 spotlights and 2 pendants. In the kitchen, I'm installing a new LED light bar. Above the dining table, I'm installing 2 pendants. Existing light switches will need rewiring to operate the new lights. Note that my ceiling is very high at 3.8 metres. You will need a very tall ladder. I also need help installing 3 plugs faceplate back on to the kitchen splashback which has been retiled.

I have four light that I need to replace the light switch for. Cabling has all been run.

REPAIR AND OR REPLACE 3 FAN SWITCHES AT THE WALL REPAIR AND OR REPLACE 6 POWER OUTLETS THAT HAVE COME LOOSE FROM THE WALL Edit: one wall fan switch is pushed through as seen in photos. Still able to power through the remote. The 2nd wall fan switch is loose. Was using the remote to turn on fan but now not working either. The third switch is stuck but still able to power with remote. Fan switches are 2 in 1.
