(Supply and install main earth tag). -No fire sealant in main switchboard at cable entry points. (Supply and install fire sealant). -Single switch in master bedroom switches loosely and doesn’t have two fixed position. (Supply and replace single switch). -Laundry GPO is broken around fixing points and hanging off wall on the wire giving access to live parts. (Supply and replace GPO). -Existing AC GPO circuit is only protected by circuit breaker at main switchboard. (Install RCBO onto existing AC circuit to meet 29 March 2023 regulations).

I need help with my evaporative air conditioner, which is gushing water from the drain valve outside. Here’s what’s happening: The drain valve is constantly leaking a large amount of water instead of draining normally. The cooling pads appear clogged with dirt, and water is building up and overflowing outside. I haven’t cleaned them yet. It seems like the float valve might not be regulating water properly, or the drain valve is stuck open or faulty. Make compliant old switch board with sub switch board installation in garage.
