I have three general jobs: 1) I have 7x smoke alarms that need to be installed in the ceiling. (There are lithium ion battery operated and do not need wire connections). The alarms can mostly be installed in-place of the old, wired alarms - please disconnect and remove the old installation plates in the ceiling. I'm not sure if patching is required. Please supply your own screws and wall mates as the screws supplied with the smoke alarms don't seem to be the right size. 2) There are 5 doors in the house which are not closing/latching properly. 4 of the doors are closing but just not latching easily. 1 of the door is not closing, the door grinds into the frame in one corner and gets stuck. 3)I have a heavy internal wooden sliding door which has a stopper in the runner above, but the stopper keeps coming close and the door keeps sliding out of position. Just need a solution to keep the stopper in place, maybe an extra screen through the runner.

Pick up a line from behind power point on other side of wall and run white conduit to a new power point.

Light hasn’t worked for a while. Have taken the shade off and unscrewed. Needs fixing

The hot water switch was turned off manually, and now won’t go back on. I need help to fix the problem, or at the very least to diagnose the problem.

When the last tenant moved out, they broke the HFC plug, it spins freely in the wall point, just need someone to install a new wall point, and re-terminate it correctly.

Hello I need 2 x power points installed.

I have a 50L water heater that seems broken. It was just leaking loads of water continuously. It doesn’t get used very often. I’d like a qualified plumber/electrician/boiler heater installation tech to come and assess and make a plan to replace or repair as needed please.

I have replaced my oven and the current power cable isn’t thick enough or long enough. I need it replaced and the oven connected. My understanding is that it has a 4mm cable currently.
