1. Replace 3 ceiling fans/lights in bedrooms, 2.Replace 1 ceiling fan/light with new fan and 4 separate downlights, 3.inspect a exhaust fan does not sit flush with the ceiling that has slightly drop (determine if it is an issue with the clips (see image). The plaster ceiling does need to be repaired due to another trade pushing the fixture through when installing cctv cameras. I will supply the fans and lights.

I’m having a wardrobe installed next week, which will be flush mounted against a wall where there are currently 2 GPOs. I need an electrician to remove the GPO, but leave the wires so that the wardrobe installers can drill a hole and pull the wires through. Then electrician returns to reinstall the GPO. There are 2 of them, both in same wall. This task involves both the initial disconnection and then returning to reconnect.
