he LG LSC0902RH-3 AC unit is no longer responding to commands from the remote control. I have checked the remote control and confirmed that it is working properly, so the issue appears to be with the air conditioner itself, possibly the remote-control receiver or control board. Could you please advise the estimated cost of repair, including the call-out/travel fee?

The unit is not responding to the remote, but if we turn it on manually it works. The outdoor unit is running fine and the fuses are okay. We have already tried changing the remote batteries and even bought a new remote to rule that out. It seems like the receiver on the indoor unit is not working. The Air con fan is really loud and sometimes rattles. I believe it might be the fan blower motor is bad and may need to be replaced.

The internal cooling systems aren’t currently working, only stopped recently starting with the freezer and about a week later the main fridge stopped cooling as well. Both are lukewarm. I believe it may be the condenser coils or compressor as I no longer hear the unit vibrating.
