Hi there,😀 We’re looking for a licensed electrician to complete some work in our apartment in Labrador. Scope of work: Visit 1: • Disconnect existing electric cooktop (junction box accessible in cupboard below) • Install 3 ceiling light fittings (existing wiring points) Visit 2: • Reconnect cooktop once new benchtop is installed • Install bathroom ceiling light fitting (fitting will be supplied) Other items: • Replace one switch plate in the living room (currently fan/light combo switching, changing to light only) • Install two hardwired smoke alarms (alarms supplied) Optional (please quote separately if possible): • Install bathroom wall sconce – wiring location is approximately 30cm from an existing GPO on the same wall. This will need to be completed over two visits due to the benchtop installation timing. The apartment is ground level, has easy access with parking available. Electrician needed to put power back on. Not sure what has tripped it. Safety switch off. Lights and fans still working but everything else has no power. I’ve turned everything off but safety switch still flicked off and can’t put the switch back on (keeps automatically turning off).

Need an old over which is hardwired disconnected. Need some new cables ran ready for some new power points. 4 in total. Plus run some new electrics for dedicated power for over microwave and dishwasher. Will give you cash for the work but I’m thinking 250 it’s pretty straight forward and there will will be more work on site in the near future.
