The bathroom light switch can’t be switched off as the switch revert backs to ‘ON’ even when tried to turn ‘OFF’

Looking for an experienced, qualified and licensed electrician to remove a pendent light(no replacement just removal) replace existing ceiling fan with a new DC fan, disconnect a hall light, extend/replace with longer data cable in preparation for roof works and replace a power point in laundry. We are having some work done on septic tank these are instructions from Taylex Electrician needs to disconnect mains power at Tank (Firstly) We do out work (about 3-4 hours) Electrician comes back and extends power source up about 700mm and reconnects mains to Tank (or he can do his work at same time, may be a hour down time while riser is fitted ) While this is being done wife wants a 3 outside lights replaces, 2 fans and a couple of socket fronts replaced Must arrive before 8am on the 5/2/26

I need a licensed electrician to inspect and fix a few electrical issues in my home: Bedroom 1 & 2: Ceiling light and fan are not working (light is attached to the ceiling fan). The wall fan dial/controller is missing. Corridor light: Not working even after replacing the bulb – unsure of the issue. Looking for someone to review these issues and fix them. If there are any simple instructions I can follow in the meantime, I’d appreciate that as well.

Licensed electrician to supply and install 4x double power points. - 2x in main bedroom on single skin wooden wall (QLDer house) - 2x in kitchen - exact location is up for negotiation- we just need some on the opposite side of the room. Photo attached of current only powerpoint in the room to get an idea of possible necessary install. Also a single skin wall. Check wiring of pendant light - have changed globe and still not working, unsure of issue but it worked briefly when we first moved in.
