NBN wall switch replacement.

I have a new spa and it needs to be wired up by a professional electrician. The power box is on the other side of the spa.

When the filter is connected to the chlorinator it’s short circuiting. Everything works fine when plugged in separately but when plugged into the chlorinator it cuts out.

Looking for a licensed electrician to install the following lights in our new home: 1. 4x external wall lights 2. 1x indoor wall light 3. 2x indoor LED pendant lights (kitchen island and dining area) All junction boxes (JBs) and wiring have already been completed by the builder. The kitchen island and dining light connections include reinforced supports for pendants. Photos of the lights are attached for reference.

Smoke Alarm Compliance Certificate - As per QLD legislation, a property is required to have all the smoke alarms at the property cleaned and tested within 30 days before moving in - certificate will also confirm property is compliant to current legislation. I need a licensed electrician to inspect and fix a few electrical issues in my home: Bedroom 1 & 2: Ceiling light and fan are not working (light is attached to the ceiling fan). The wall fan dial/controller is missing. Corridor light: Not working even after replacing the bulb – unsure of the issue. Looking for someone to review these issues and fix them. If there are any simple instructions I can follow in the meantime, I’d appreciate that as well.

Licensed electrician to supply and install 4x double power points. - 2x in main bedroom on single skin wooden wall (QLDer house) - 2x in kitchen - exact location is up for negotiation- we just need some on the opposite side of the room. Photo attached of current only powerpoint in the room to get an idea of possible necessary install. Also a single skin wall. Check wiring of pendant light - have changed globe and still not working, unsure of issue but it worked briefly when we first moved in.
