Install required hard-wired smoke alarms - approx 7. Fix ceiling fan. Combined light/fan. Light works but fan does not. Replace bulbs in chandelier - will need a ladder to reach approx 5-6 metres. We will supply bulbs, just need someone with a ladder to reach the light.

I am removing an old garden bed and have discovered an electrical switch/connection connected to an orange electrical conduit (see photo). There was a rainwater tank sitting on the garden bed. I need an electrician to do the following: [a] Replace the existing fan in the bedroom. I have already purchased a replacement fan from Bunnings. The old fan needs to be removed, and the new fan needs to be installed. [b] Two of the bathrooms have 4-in-1 heat lamp units. You will need to supply and replace the centre light only (not the heat lamps) for both the lamp units.

One of the clips which holds the light cover in place has snapped. I believe the entire fixture and light cover needs to be replaced If you're able to just replace the clip with something similar that will also work :)
