Currently the temperature sensor sits in the middle of the heating element. Result is that the sensor is not testing the temperature in the body of the "smoker". The sensor needs to be removed from its current position and positioned towards the top of the smoker. Preferably to be flexible so that the heating element can be removed from the smoker.
