Install new 6 downlight - 4 in garage 2 in living area

I have 18 90mm downlights across my townhouse that are hardwired with an external driver. I want these replaced with plug bases so I can DIY install/swap downlights New lights have already been purchased. I don't have the plug bases, but happy to supply.

Old batten lights need to be removed, and new 5 led downlights need to be installed. Lights are already connected to existing switches. Downlights and cieling sockets will be provided.

The downlights in our current home are not IC certified downlights, it seems, so we're not able to lay insulation on top of them. We therefore need to change them all to IC-4 or IC-F certified downlights. There are 24 downlights across a living room/dining room, two bathrooms, and a hallway. Current lights appear to be standard LED plug-in downlights. Property is a single story, high ceiling one. Cielings are roughly 3m high. There are two different man holes available in the roof. Will need your help to supply the lights.

Located in Deanside, I require a qualified sparky to install a ceiling fan in our spare bedroom. The fan is already supplied (Arlec black ceiling fan). I will need the current bedroom light removed and replaced with the fan as the fan has a light on it. Outdoor down lights will need to be installed by drilling holes through the pillars of the facade if the house. These have also been supplied. I have a colourbond roof and can easy be unscrewed to access through to the pillars. Please refer to images if you’re up for the job. Jobs can be priced separately if required
