I’m looking for a licensed electrician to install a pendant light + downlight in my home in Adelaide. The job is to install a pendant light + downlight over a dining/table area. I’d like the pendant positioned neatly and centred, with the height adjusted appropriately. There is a 4x switch panel nearby which may be able to be used, but happy to discuss other options. the water heater Rinai is not heating properly. the water is barely Luke warm and sometimes go cold in between use. in showers and in kitchen both

Fit new light switches. House has some which appears to be upgraded but I want to upgrade ones that haven’t been done to match. Price will need to be supply and fit. Attached photo of ones in some part of house and a photo of one that needs updating. Please quote me for each switch. Also I need a replacement stairs light as led not working.

We have a couple of downlights that are causing some issues... One is above the stair well (photo attached) and will need a ladder, the other (and possibly one other) needs a camera up in the cavity to find the power outlet... We live in an apartment with a thin ceiling cavity so you can't really stick your head up there... These downlights have a transformer that connects to a power outlet but we are removing those transformers and using the all in one LED downlights... These two I can't replace due to lack of ladder and camera to see up there. I will supply the downlights. Just need a licensed electrician.

New exhaust fan installed in a laundry where there isn't currently an exhaust fan. 1990s timber frame single story home. Exhaust fan purchased ready. Can connect to lighting circuit in laundry if possible.

Have two old smoke alarms that are hardwired and need full replacement. Also have a light switch in the bathroom that needs to be looked at.

The pendant light fitting in my garage has come loose and fallen to its entire length. I’d like the fitting either made safe and reattached to its position or replaced with a simple bright globe.

We have 9 wall sockets not working in Kitchen and surrounding, which all connects to one breaker on the switchboard. Changed the circuit breaker, and 4 wall sockets that were looking like could be problematic but no improvement. Initial warning before those wall sockets fully stopped working, when we start 2-3 items it was dimming the lights that were connected to that socket. It never tripped any circuit breaker or RCD on the switchboard, directly stopped working those sockets, lastly started the dishwasher, which socket also I changed,

There's 4 downlights I popped one out and realised they're hardwired so I said I'd better get somebody qualified the cutouts are 90 mm and there's roof access in the same room

I am looking for quotes from a qualified and insured electrician to install one double PowerPoint in a new laundry recess. I also need existing light repositioned and replaced with a downlight and one additional downlight install in hallway outside laundry recess.

I need a power point relocated to another area of the wall due to a wardrobe installation that will cover the current one. I also have a few other power points that need to be inspected as they buzz and short circuit during use sometimes.

I got lan cable installed previously from one room to another but the wall sockets has telephone ports. I need to update the wall sockets to cat6 sockets. The cabling is anyway cat6.
