We have a couple of downlights that are causing some issues... One is above the stair well (photo attached) and will need a ladder, the other (and possibly one other) needs a camera up in the cavity to find the power outlet... We live in an apartment with a thin ceiling cavity so you can't really stick your head up there... These downlights have a transformer that connects to a power outlet but we are removing those transformers and using the all in one LED downlights... These two I can't replace due to lack of ladder and camera to see up there. I will supply the downlights. Just need a licensed electrician.

I have to cover up x4 light fittings with something. I don’t really mind what it’s is, as long as looks neat and easy to change light bulb.

3 regular ceiling lights (oyster style) to be replaced with regular light fittings. the fourth fitting is a flouro tube in the kitchen that I plan to replace with a rail with 3 spotlights. will require electrician for electrical works but also to fix the fittings to the ceiling.

I have an old cottage with high ceilings (guessing 3.3m). My smoke alarm needs the batteries changed as they are beeping (I think I have a spare battery but if not will need to go to the shop to buy the correct one). Will need to bring your own tall ladder. The battery is located away from the wall so you can't lean the ladder on the wall to reach. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 24 November 2022
