Details: Two ceiling fans (bedrooms) are running slower than normal and may need checking. The dishwasher socket appears to be tripping the power when left switched on — we’d like this tested and repaired if necessary. Quotes Needed - Air Conditioning Install We are replacing an existing split unit with: 1x 3.5kW Split Unit 1x 7.1 kW Split Unit The new units will be placed back to back on a wall. Drainage/power etc is already in place... We also want 2 extra outdoor units removed/dumped, and another unit (still connected) re-installed. Looking for a qualified (experienced) installer who will guarantee their work for the 7 years that the new units are under warrantee. As we are looking for a couple of quotes... this task may be reposted We look forward to hearing from you...

Our tv is close to the power but we like them moved over so they are behind the tv plz

In the first picture, you will see a single plug behind the fridge. I am installing a range hood nearby and will need that one to be split, ie change from a single to a double power point. In the second picture, I need one more power point to be created underneath in the cabinet for the new dishwasher. That will require tapping in from that existing circuit. It should be done on October 7 or 8th before my tenants move in. It can be done at a later date but not ideal. Please specify your price and date of availability.

(Will need an extendable arm on the pressure washer) Sanding and oiling a timber deck and its treads. 80sqm Poisoning weeds and giving a general clean of the front and rear yard. Removing weeds out of pebble areas. Cutting back trees that impede on areas. Installation of 2 missing pool glass panels 900/1200 I’ll supply all items to do the work. The work should take 4 x 8hr days with 1 day requiring a labourer supplied by myself or by who ever takes the job. Happy to pay $70hr for the trade or handyman. And $40hr for labour for the one day. It’s a large area and a prick of a job.
