Hi , To remove the lighting and install a Ceiling fan as the ceiling fan comes with light. no need for wiring etc..

Disconnect and make safe of electricals so cleaners/builders can do their work safely. All the areas with the plasters cut please disconnect and make safe. It's all of the bottom floor. I will be plastering the walls later on so possibly of reconnection after but at this stage please offer only disconnect. Please state your electrical contractors license number as this is a must.
