Task 2 – GPO above TV Install a Clipsal Iconic GPO above the TV. Location is flexible. Task 3 – Kitchen/living dimmers We have an existing 5-gang light switch. Four of the switches each control a run of 2 LEDs (four LED runs total). I want all four runs to be dimmable. The fifth switch controls feature lights and can be left as-is. So: four dimmers, ideally on a new 4-gang plate next to or above the existing 5-gang switch. The new plate/switches must match the existing switch style exactly (Clipsal Iconic). Please confirm whether a 4-gang dimmer plate is achievable in that location, or whether it needs to be split across two plates. Task 4 – Hallway dimmer The hallway has 3 LEDs controlled by two switches: one near the front door (shared with the outside light) and a separate standalone switch (pictured) that controls 3 LEDs. I want a dimmer installed on the standalone hallway switch. Note on LED compatibility: The house is only three years old. Current situation - I have a new rangehood that needs to be installed. - There is no existing rangehood installed. - There is no ducting or hole through the ceiling/roof. - There is no dedicated power point inside the rangehood cavity, so one will need to be installed. There are be existing power points nearby that can potentially be used as the power source, subject to inspection. I need a handy man to fix multiple things in my house. I need curtains/blinds fixed as they've come off their tracks. I need my cupboard doors drilled back on. Fix leaking from shower taps. I’m moving into a new property in Glenorchy and I’m looking for a licensed electrician to inspect and organise the shed power setup. The garage already has power and outlets installed, so I’m mainly looking for a practical and safe solution rather than a full commercial installation. The setup would include: • Food truck refrigeration while parked - 1 small freezer - 2 fridges inside the truck • Additional garage equipment - 2 freezers - 1 fridge • Cooking/prep equipment - 2 electric stovetops I already run a very similar setup from a standard household outlet at my current place without any issues, so this is not a heavy commercial kitchen operation. Ideally, I would like to: • Separate the truck refrigeration from the rest of the garage if possible • Add a couple of practical outlets if needed • Make sure everything is safe, reliable, and able to handle the load properly when the cooking equipment is in use I’m budget conscious and mainly looking for the most practical solution possible, so I’d prefer to avoid unnecessary upgrades or excessive work if the current setup is already capable of handling most of the load safely. I initially set the budget around $300, however if the work realistically ends up closer to $500 and it makes sense, I’m definitely open to discussing it properly.
