Replace 6 ceiling lights with Rattan lights and/or pendant lights. Lights and bulbs will be provided.

We had a light fitting fall out of our ceiling. We have the exact replacement to be fitted but will require additional bracing supports x 2 fitted in the ceiling cavity to ensure a solid mounting point to hang the replacement light from as it is 19 kg in weight. Thus I will need some one who is willing to get up into the roof cavity to do the work.

Job deferred due to illness. Updated details follow. We have a standard white dimmer light switch located near our wall mounted TV that we need replaced with a standard switch. Photos attached. We are replacing the TV with a larger panel which will make the switch hard to access for everyday use. So we have installed Wifi light bulbs so we can control the lights remotely, but the dimmer switch interferes with their proper operation and hence would like to replace the switch with a standard single one (HPM one gang switch - supplied as per photos). Hoping to get this done this week (13 January) or next (20 January) if possible. TV will be removed by us to enable the work to be done. Will need to be done be a licensed electrician.
