Install GoodWe Battery, Hybrid Inverter & Configure Solar System Job Description I have purchased a GoodWe battery, power module and hybrid inverter from a friend and require a qualified solar electrician/installer to remove my existing inverter and install the new equipment. Existing System - 11kW rooftop solar system - Existing inverter is non-hybrid and will need to be removed/replaced - System is currently operational Scope of Work The successful installer will need to: - Inspect existing solar installation and confirm compatibility. - Remove the current inverter. Install: - GoodWe battery - GoodWe battery power module/BMS - GoodWe hybrid inverter - Complete all required electrical connections and commissioning. - Configure the system for battery charging/discharging and solar integration. - Set up and test the GoodWe monitoring platform and iOS app. - Confirm the battery, inverter and monitoring system are fully operational. - Provide any required compliance documentation and electrical certification. - Assist with or manage the application process for available government battery rebates/incentives (please specify your experience with rebate applications). Requirements - Licensed electrician with solar accreditation (SAA accreditation preferred). - Experience installing and commissioning GoodWe battery systems. - Familiarity with battery rebate application requirements. - Fully insured. Got a smoke alarm inspection and apparently this smoke alarm is "not wired in properly" - that's all I know. It's in a one room granny flat, so not connected to any other smoke alarms. While I'm at it I'd like to replace the two down lights in the same room, one is kind of hanging out of it's socket and one has some kind of bug debris in it. The lights and power outlets in the room all work, so doesn't appear to be a bigger problem with the wiring as such. I have spare downlights to replace them with.
