I need to run nbn cables into my room as I do not have an nbn power point to connect

NBN has just been installed but due to the location of the modem it is in the garage and reception is rubbish. Need to add connector to blue internet cable and then check connection at indoor wall socket, then relocate the modem to indoors.

I need to have the internal NBN connection point moved from the bedroom to the living room. The outside NBN box is located on the garage, directly next to the living room, so it should be relatively simple.

I need to setup an Ethernet cable from my nbn box that is setup inside the house on the first floor to the room right above the box, I would like the cable to be hidden.

My Airbnb guests say the wifi is “not working”. I can’t be more specific , sorry. They have turned the modem off, then on again. Trying to setup nbn for the first time at a new residence. Receieved a HFC box from aussie broadband but when I connect to wall socket all 4 lights (power, downstream, upstream, online) do not turn on. Only gets to power solid green and donwstream flashing green.
