The plugs just need to be installed and connected. * **Room 2:** The ceiling holes need to be cut, the downlights installed, and the plugs connected. This is a townhouse, and the work is on the second floor with full access to the ceiling space. **Job 2 – Add downlights and dimmer on the first floor** * Install 4 additional downlights on the first floor. * There is no ceiling access from above; however, the new lights are only about 1 metre from the existing downlights. * Replace one existing light switch with a dimmer switch. Could you please provide: 1. A quote for **Job 1 only**. 2. A quote for **both Job 1 and Job 2 together**. Please also specify whether your quote includes the supply of the downlights and dimmer switch, or if it is for labour only.

In the kitchen downstairs I have 3 lights that arent working. Id like to take 2 lights from upstairs and install 1 new one to replace these 3. Licensed electricians only. I have a downlight in my powder room that needs replacing. It's an older transformer style that we wish to replace with a modern plug style for future DIY. The model of the current system is in the photos attached.

Two pendants need installing in the place of down lights. The down lights are in a grid of four so we will disconnect two. We also want to add two dimmers - one for the new pendants and another for separate lights that are on their own switch. We have all the fittings. The pendants are made out of papier mache and coffee beans, so not heavy but not paper light.
