I require a licensed electrician to complete the following electrical work: 1. Install Bathroom Heat/Fan/Light Unit: Supply not required – I will provide the unit. Install and connect the IXL Tastic Original 3-in-1 Bathroom Heat, Fan & Light. Replace the existing Clipsal wall switch with the appropriate wall switch that came with the unit. Existing bathroom downlights and exhaust fan functionality must be retained and continue to operate correctly after installation. No bathroom wall tiles are to be damaged, removed or broken during installation. Photos of the existing setup is attached. 2. Supply and Install Two External Downlights: Supply and install 2 new LED downlights outside the house near the left-side gate.
