I require a licensed electrician to complete the following electrical work: 1. Install Bathroom Heat/Fan/Light Unit: Supply not required – I will provide the unit. Install and connect the IXL Tastic Original 3-in-1 Bathroom Heat, Fan & Light. Replace the existing Clipsal wall switch with the appropriate wall switch that came with the unit. Existing bathroom downlights and exhaust fan functionality must be retained and continue to operate correctly after installation. No bathroom wall tiles are to be damaged, removed or broken during installation. Photos of the existing setup is attached. 2. Supply and Install Two External Downlights: Supply and install 2 new LED downlights outside the house near the left-side gate. There is an existing downlight in the area which can be used as a reference point for installation. Electrician to supply all fittings and materials required. 3. Replace Toilet Light Bulbs with Downlights: Supply and install 2 LED downlights (one in each toilet) to replace the existing light bulb fittings. Existing Clipsal wall switches are to remain in use and continue functioning normally. Electrician to supply all fittings and materials required. 4. Wiring and Electrical Work: Electrician to supply and install all wiring, connectors, cabling, mounting hardware and any other materials required to complete the works. 5. Electrical Certificate: Provide the required Electrical Safety Certificate / Certificate of Electrical Compliance upon completion of the works.

I am in a double storey house. I am looking for someone to do the following works: - Replace 40x 70mm halogen downlights with led 70mm downlights - lights and plug bases supplied - install 4 smoke detectors - replace 2x e22 bulbs with 90mm led downlights (90mm led downlights and plug base supplied) - remove/disconnect 2x e22 bulbs - install double PowerPoint and double ethernet port at tv with cat6 cable - install single ethernet port in lounge with cat6 cable

Looking for supply and install of decent quality warm white downlights. Located in Delahey. Please include whether roof access is required and if patching the old fan location is included.

I have 18 90mm downlights across my townhouse that are hardwired with an external driver. I want these replaced with plug bases so I can DIY install/swap downlights New lights have already been purchased. I don't have the plug bases, but happy to supply.
