Hello, Im seeking help of a licensed Electrician to re-install some wall sockets in kitchen as doing a reno work. Existing line/cables are already there as had connection, need to re-install the wall socket in 5 places of kitchen- includes wall, cabinet side and one for rangehood (existing line) and refrigerator. All in same area as had set before. Swich 1 - single switch - is in toilet and switches on/off light bulb and exhaust fan. Its not working. Switch 2 - double switch - one of the buttons is lgetting loose and popping out. It needs to be replaced.

Licensed A-grade electrician needed to install 3 x FanForce Revo DC ceiling fans with LED light kits in a double-storey home in Footscray. Fans and light kits are already on site. I need labour plus supply of switch mechs/plates. These are DC fans with no wall control (remote and Wi-Fi app only). Every existing rotary fan speed controller/dimmer must be changed to a plain on/off isolation switch. 1. Living room (ground floor), 48" fan. Straight swap for an existing 4-blade AC fan on a short downrod, flat ceiling. 2. Study/office (ground floor), 36" fan. Replaces a decorative glass pendant on a rotary dimmer. I've seen older photos of this room show a fan installed here at some point, but please do not assume the existing fixing is fan-rated. There is no roof space above this ceiling (bedrooms above), so it can't be reached from above. The old pendant is being binned. 3. Bedroom (first floor), 36" fan. Replaces an existing 3-blade AC fan, flat ceiling, roof space above with manhole access. The wall controller is broken and the plate can't be screwed back on (see photo). Whatever this needs to be made good, please include it. Need some cables running in kitchen for new power sockets On the image, the Red is existing power The left hand corner is where the mains power for the cooker is which will need running behind to where the new cooker placement is going. I’ll need power new slot which is the green section and there is another PowerPoint below at the bottom of the kitchen the back which will be used for the cooktop but currently doesn’t seem to be given off any power.
