Re tractable ceiling fan( Fanaway). One fan fin broken, therefore fan not working. Need checked as to whether it needs repair or replace. Need done asap.

Remove lights and install 2 ceiling fans

So my mate took it down to install a receiver as the old one malfunctioned but after pulling it down we found out there's an AC and DC motor and that the bunnings Bluetooth remote isn't compatible with my fan. So after dismantling it that's about as far as we got. So basically need someone who knows what they doing to get a new remote and wire in the receiver and reinstall the fan.

Looking for an electrician to install 3 ceiling fans, plus 4 small pendant lights. Ceiling fans are replacing existing fans, although new fans have lights (old ones do not). Photo attached of existing fan. Plus, install 4 pendants to replace existing spotlights on bar (2 new lights per existing bars…photos attached).
