I need to install one pending downlight in the living room of my town house. We previously installed 5 downlights but left one corner without the light thinking a fan would block the light.

When I was living in an apartment rogues added devices to the electrical circuit (shown on the top right of the photo) which could manipulate the devices I put in the PowerPoints, I am now living in a townhouse. The same irregularities occurred. There must be devices added to the electrical circuit. I need a competent technician to find out those devices and get them removed.

Ducted aircon in a townhouse control panel shows communication error between wall mounted screen and control box
