Existing Setup: * Wall niche with 1x downlight * 1x wall GPO (power point) near the base Scope of Work: Stage 1: Pre-Cabinet Rough-In (Before cabinet installation) 1. Use existing power point/supply to run low-voltage/power wiring behind the wall for multiple LED zones according to supplied cabinet plan. 2. Leave wire tails protruding in designated positions for: * Top downlight / top alcove LED strip * 50\text{ mm} floating shelf LED strip * Under-bench / glass door cabinet shelf LED strips 3. Prepare power output / transformer location inside the bottom cabinet area. Stage 2: Final Fit-Off (After cabinet maker completes installation) 1. Wire and connect LED strip drivers/transformers inside lower cabinet. 2. Install and test LED strip lighting across all specified zones (shelves & glass display). 3. Ensure full operation and issue a Certificate of Compliance (CCEW) upon completion. Requirements: * Must be a licensed NSW electrician. * Must bring own tools and standard installation materials. * Flexible to visit in two stages *** if the diagrams provided are not clear able to connect with the cabinet maker for clarification.

Two hardwired, interconnected 240V smoke alarms in a single-storey, fairly new home. Current units: Emerald EP-VC-240-1 (photoelectric, 9V backup). THE PROBLEM Only one alarm is misbehaving - the one in the narrow hallway beside the glass sliding door to the alfresco area. It false alarms at night, repeatedly. The other one, in the living hallway, is fine and rarely sounds. WHY (my read - happy to be corrected) - The glass door fogs with condensation overnight, and the hallway is narrow with a curtain nearby, so damp still air sits around the alarm. Moisture in the optical chamber can set it off. WHAT I NEED 1. Replace both alarms, reusing the existing 240V wiring. My two alarms are linked today - when one sounds, both sound - and that must still work with the new units. 2. New ceiling bases go on with the new alarms. The bases are proprietary, so both units are replaced as a matched pair. 3. While the old base is off, if the ceiling cable entry is not sealed, please seal it before fitting the new base. 4. Have a look at where the alfresco-hallway alarm sits - narrow hallway beside a glass door that condenses heavily, curtain nearby. If you see a placement problem, let me know; otherwise leave it. WHAT I WANT FITTED Preferred: Brooks EIB3016 (230V mains, photoelectric, 10-year lithium backup, hardwired interconnect). Also happy to consider: Clipsal Fire Tek 755PSMA5L. Please no 9V-battery or battery-only alarms - battery chirping is part of why I am replacing these. I am happy to buy the alarms and pay labour only, or you can supply them. Please quote either way and say which. WHEN DONE - Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work - Invoice showing the model and manufacture date of each alarm - A photo of each alarm before it goes up, showing the manufacture date WHEN YOU OFFER - The exact make and model you would supply or fit - Your NSW electrical licence number

Task1 : Replace existing floodlight with new supplied floodlight. Task2 : Replace existing outdoor light with new supplied outdoor light. Task3 : Replace existing five (5) outdoor batten lights with five (5) supplied outdoor lights. Task4 : Replace existing bathroom light/exhaust unit with new supplied light/exhaust unit. Task5 : -Install two (2) new LED floodlights (supplied). -Replace existing 2-gang switch with supplied 5-gang switch. -Connect each floodlight to its own dedicated switch. Task6 : -Install two (2) new up/down lights. -Connect both lights to the 5-gang switch installed in Task 5. Task7 : Replace existing light holder as it is currently loose/unsecured. Task8 : Inspect and replace existing 1-gang light switch if required. The switch may be water damaged and has previously produced a mild electric shock after being used with wet hands. Please investigate and rectify as required. *** For Task 5 & 6, existing 2 Gang switch location can be reused. Garage roof cavity is accessible. Maximum cable run for front up&down lights is approximately 7-9m from switch location to proposed light locations. Surface conduit within the garage is acceptable if required.
