Finish Installing Timber Decking Tiles – Small Patio Looking for someone handy with a saw to help finish laying Syneco interlocking timber decking tiles on our small outdoor patio. We've already bought all the tiles and laid most of them ourselves, but need some help with the trickier cuts around the edges, corners and metal posts. The patio is roughly 8–10 m², with the tiles being laid directly over the existing concrete tiles. We're hoping to find someone who can: - Measure and cut the remaining tiles to fit. - Work around the angled edges, metal posts and sliding door. - Finish laying the tiles so everything lines up neatly. All materials are supplied, but you'll need to bring your own tools for measuring and cutting. Ideally looking to have this done on or before Friday, 23 October. Photos attached showing what we've completed so far and what's left to do. Would appreciate a fixed-price quote for the remaining work. Happy to be contacted by phone or SMS, whichever is easiest. The deck is approximately 3 m × 4 m (around 12 m²), plus the timber posts. The timber is weathered, so please assess the preparation needed and include it in your offer. I will supply the stain; please bring your own tools and let me know if you recommend a particular product or number of coats. The deck sits above a shed and is accessed by ladder. Please make sure you can work safely at this height and bring any equipment needed. There is a children’s cubby and a slide nearby, so care will be needed to protect them and the surrounding area. Included: timber deck boards and posts. Excluded: shed cladding and metal balustrade. Please specify what preparation is included, whether sanding is needed, and how many coats you propose. No repairs or board replacement are included unless agreed separately.

Pressure was timber decking area and repaint in the same Colour. Two coats of Dulux Weathershield in Paperbark Colour. Total area is approximately 123.2 sqm The photos show the left side. Which is 61.6m - mirror image of deck on the right side. Total of 123.2sqm

Sand, clean and recoat back yard timber deck using specific products (ie approved deck cleaner, feast Watson stain etc). Minimum 2 x coats of feast Watson stain required. Top section of Deck is prob 10m2 approx. Would also need the deck upstands (low height walls) and the deck steps done.

Hi, I need someone to inspect and repair a section of my timber deck just outside the glass door. The wooden frame underneath (in the area marked in the photo) does not feel solid, and this part of the deck feels unstable when stepped on.
