I would like to replace my front porch with a deck instead. It is currently timber joists with a layer of fibre cement (done 2 yrs ago) with a top layer of wpc flooring. This did not work and weather is ruined all the boards. I would like this removed, stripped to the timber joists and install merabu timber deck. The deck should cover a little of the edges around the porch to make it look impressive. I would also like the option of replacing all posts which are approx 100mm x 100mm with a matching color to the deck. I would also like to replace the window architraves on all four front windows with matching timber (was previously done with mdf which is not aging well) The dimensions of the porch are 15.5m length and 2.5m depth Some joists underneath the fibre cement will be required to be replaced (we can add that separately if required) Pl quote with materials, labour as well as removal & disposal of existing floor. - Due date: Before Monday, January 9, 2023

Hi handy people, have a job that I need help on. Hello we need someone to come and give us a free quote for a timber deck in our yard. Photos attached, deck to be roughly 20sqm.

1. I have a partially completed triangular raised timber deck/platform (approx 900 x 900mm) that need to be finished off. I have timber battens that need to be cut and screw fixed. 2. Install hose reel to brick wall. You will need to supply 4 x dyna bolts. 3. Install dryer above washing machine on plasterboard wall. I have the metal brackets for dryer-they will be mounted to 90x 25 timber batten(which I have) that need to be screwed to the studs. The 600 long batten also need painted wall colour(I have the paint).
