Looking for someone experienced to restore our backyard timber deck, which is around 10–15 years old. It has become faded and weathered after recent renovations. Please inspect it for any loose, damaged or rotten boards, clean and sand it as needed, and recoat it with the most suitable product. Timber deck in need of a sand and oil. Been neglecting the task for a couple of years. Size of the deck approx 10m x 5m.

Looking for someone to sand and oil the timber decks in the front and alfresco. May need at least two coats. Decking oil will be provided.

Timber deck needs fixing. 2 slats have been damaged as per the 1st picture (taken through a window), likely occuring when our dogs have walked over these weak spots. There is another weak spot nearby on a different slat that we've found that has yet to develop a hole, but is soft under foot. In the 2nd pic, 1 slat has become dislodged, guessing because the screws have become loose or broken. Many thanks
