I would like to have our approx 18m2 deck restained. There isn’t much wear and tear on the deck as it’s under cover. Please see photos. Looking to have a good job done within a reasonable budget

We like to refresh the pain on the back fence (timber) and pain on the deck which I think is Composite Deck

A couple of planks on the deck steps have rotted and need replacing.

Repair front veranda of the house

I have one verandah 11m x 1m and one deck 7m x 1.5m approx that need sanding so they can be coated with varnish. The verandah just needs an orbital maintainence sand, it’s in good condition. Maybe a bit of hand sanding around the edges. The deck needs a stronger effort but is less visible as it’s at the back of the house.

We have a couple of rotten slats atbthe end of ourvdeck that meed replacing. Plumber broke them off when trying to get to pipes when we had a leak recently

Hoping to have 2 x manholes / access points installed in an established merbau deck. One will be on top of the deck and the other on the side.

This is for the first site visit only. I am looking to have the pergola structure (roof) over our deck removed as it needs replacing. Glass windows, deck seating and tiling also removed on the northern wall. Will require the cafe blinds removed but retained as part of the process. Post removal also wanting to rebuild structure as per plans.

There are about four or five timber boards on my outdoor deck which have become loose and do not stick in place the wood below them has rot. The boards themselves are all fine, just the timber underneath on a couple is damaged. Not sure on what the best way to repair them is, so looking for some guidance on that. Need to cut the deck in half to make room for new project. Potentially also to include disposal of removed timber. Clean and oil the outdoor decking areas . 140mm x 19mm wide ironbark decking boards. I will need help with selecting the oil.
