Find an experienced cook in VIC

I'm looking for a friendly, reliable helper to visit my parents' home in St Albans and cook home-made, healthy, simple meals for lunch and dinner (e.g. steamed veggies, poached chicken, no dairy, no sugar). Ideally twice a week though frequency can be negotiated.

I want someone to come Everyday and cook a meal from Monday till Friday Around 12 pm or so everyday for 2 hours

We are a busy family of four that needs help with meals 3 nights a week (Tuesday - Thursday). Simple, healthy, nutritious food with no specific dietary requirements to be met. Main dinner meal only. Needs to be simple enough for us to manage reheating/prepping. No requirement to prep at our house but meals will need to be dropped and placed in our fridge/freezer weekly on a Monday or Tuesday morning. Ideally menu will be agreed at one week prior at which point we can confirm how many people for each meal. Groceries will be reimbursed with receipt. Please advise in your offer how many hours required for the task.

I am looking for five lunch meals to be prepared and delivered to the city (and potentially a high protein snack option) on Monday so that i can keep up with my Macros targets. Cooking few dishes weekly once

This is for 2 people, and all recipes and portion sizes have been provided by a nutritionist, so it’s important that the meals are prepared and divided according to the exact amounts given.
