We have an open kitchen, tepanyaki stove top or normal stove top and also a webber bbq and love having an onsite chef so guests can also watch food prep. - must clean up afterwards, help pick up any leftover plates and pack away leftover food. - must bring all ingredients/food - must bring disposable plates and cutlery - must make some Halloween themed food - open kitchen at your disposal. Hi guys looking for a chef to cook a pig on a charcoal spit rotisserie, pretty straight forward. You’ll cook the pig (approx. 5hrs) and then cut it up and serve to guests in a casual buffet style. Most of the time you’ll just watch the pig cook on the spit. Location is a home in Gladesville 11:15am -6:15pm My team will setup the spit and pick it up the following week. Need own knives (meat cleaver), chopping board, apron for this job.

We can light the oven 2 hours before you arrive. I can source dough and ingredients and pay your $200 to make pizza and cook them.
