I am new to Apple, always used HP and had IT support in my last company. Now, I am starting up my own consultancy, but cant seem to get the Outlook working the way I am used to it running. I also connect the Mac to an external screen, but it will only work as a mirror image instead of extended screen. Is that normal? Maybe there are other things about the Mac I need to know too.
